For this project I chose to rebrand The American Theater. The American Theater, located on King Street in Charleston, SC, originally opened its doors in 1942. This art deco theater has now changed markets and has become a unique event venue for weddings and other large events. This logo was inspired by the Art Deco architecture and interiors of The American Theater.

Students were assigned to pick a client and develop a new identity for them. The identity must consist of a type treatment and an icon drawn in illustrator (logotype/logomark). In addition to the branding students must design a successful business card and letterhead system.
