As a Graphic Designer for The Premier Property Group, I maintain a premium and consistent brand look across five auxiliary businesses and developments by rigorously adhering to established guidelines. I collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to design and launch impactful external and internal marketing initiatives, directly supporting the business growth for over 150 real estate agents through print, digital, and custom design media. I also have had the opportunity to develop the strategy and visual identity for potential new business ventures.

In my concurrent role as Lead Graphic Designer for Margaritaville Resort Orange Beach, I spearhead the creation of all print and digital media to support awareness and sales for the development. This includes the strategy, design, and delivery of email marketing campaigns to potential buyers, achieving a 45% open rate.

Quarterly Postcards

One of my roles at Premier is creating impactful marketing materials that directly enable agents to expand their client base and boost business growth. A prime example is my work on the agent-branded quarterly postcard campaign. For this year's initiative, I drew inspiration from classic vintage postcards, curating and integrating beach imagery. This direction was deliberately chosen to leverage the visuals our clients are most drawn to, ensuring the postcards serve as powerful, memorable touchpoints for agent-client engagement.

The Quarterly Market Report Campaign effectively communicates the current real estate market through organized statistics and comparisons. The statistics are communicated through multiple touchpoints including a print booklet, social media graphics, and an email campaign. This campaign serves as a powerful resource for real estate agents, empowering them to effectively inform potential clients about current market conditions and drive significant business growth.

During my time at Premier, I have refreshed print and digital resources such
as email campaigns, social media templates, and print materials. I led the comprehensive redesign of three large-scale resources: the Listing Presentation, Buyer's Guide, and Agent Services Guide. My refresh of
their layout, copy, and design significantly improved their functionality as essential tools for both agent-client interactions and agent recruitment.

Another way that agents interact with their client base is through social media. The Monthly Market snapshot graphics are a great way for agents to show clients market conditions through high-quality visual templates.
